On the 20 September, His Royal Highness Prince Henrik presented Aalborg Engineering with the award "Kong Frederik den Niendes Hæderspris" for outstanding services to Danish exports.

September the 20th , His Royal Highness Prince Henrik presented Aalborg Engineering with the award "Kong Frederik den Niendes Hæderspris" given for outstanding services to Danish exports.

Aalborg Engineering produces environmentally sustainable high efficient boiler plants and is specialised in waste heat recovery. The company has doubled the exports over the last years and with a client demand for high efficient energy solutions growing at record rates; Aalborg Engineering has already secured orders for the next couple of years.

Since the foundation of the company it has been the mission statement to deliver customized industrial boiler plants to customers in Europe and in the Middle East and as Peter Overgaard, Chief Executive Officer highlights, these areas remain central to Aalborg Engineering's operations: "These are the areas where the company has marked the footprint and for many years now a large part of our turnover has come from Turkey." It is here that the company strives to push forward its vision of being a lifetime partner for its clients' customised boiler plants."
