In February 2003 Aalborg Engineering signed a contract with the Arab Potash Company to supply a heavy fuel oil fired water tube package boiler for the Safi plant in Jordan. The boiler will replace a more than 20 year old O-type boiler and produce superheated steam for the steam turbine and for use in the process.
The contract covers design, procurement, production, erection and commissioning of a complete package boiler with burners and soot blowers.
