Zorlu Enerji - IPEK, Yalova Turkey

In February 2004 Aalborg Engineering signed a contract with Zorlu Enerji to supply a HRSG with supplementary firing for the IPEK factory in Yalova, Turkey.

The boiler type is SteamGen™ 6, which is supplied in a version suitable for the 6,5 MWe gas turbine delivered by Turbomach. The generated steam is used in the factory of IPEK as process steam.

The contract covers design, procurement, production, delivery, erection, commissioning and testing of the HRSG with supplementary firing and auxiliary equipment. DanPower carries out the project execution in co-operation with Aalborg Engineering. The project also includes ducting, installation and commissioning of a gas engine boiler supplied by Aalborg Industries.
