Tupras Izmir Refinery suffered badly from a boiler explosion and has decided to replace the installation with a SteamGen 8. The new HRSG will be producing steam from the exhaust of a new Siemens SGT 600, supplementary firing and fresh air firing in case of GT failure.This new installation will be supporting the refinery for decades with steam.
